Refund Policy

All new products INCLUDING ABSS ACCOUNTING, ABSS PREMIER, ABSS PAYROLL, ABSS RETAIL MANAGER, ABSS ACCOUNTEDGE, and ABSS BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SOFTWARE have a 14-day return policy following purchase date.

Once registered, the returns policy is null and void.
There is no return policy for all other services and products.

Refund Condition

To process refund condition, the product return should be in unwrap condition and serial number is unregistered.

Once product had arrive back to our premise, we will do a evaluation and provide refund if it meet the above condition.
