The Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia through its agency, the Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO) has implemented the Employment Retention Program (ERP) introduced through the Economic Stimulus Package 2020.
Those who are eligible to receive this assistance are paid employees without pay starting from March 1, 2020. They are also eligible for Employment Insurance System (EIS) contributors with a salary of not more than RM4,000 a month.
